Pastry Chef Temporary Contract
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Responsible for entire professional desert preparation and its service
Preparing and arranging show plates in agreement with Sous Chef
The ideal candidate for the Pastry Chef role would have
Culinary apprenticeship
3 years working experience preferably as Pastry Chef or Confectioner in a 4 or 5* establishment
Good knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures
Teamplayer
Good command of English
