Wir suchen per sofort einen Chef de Partie (w/m).

Deine Aufgaben:

• Herrichten des täglichen Mise en place
• Mitarbeit und Kontrolle des Küchenpostens
• Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit nach betrieblichem Hygienekonzept
• Aktive Mitarbeit beim Umsetzen von Nachhaltigkeitsmassnahmen.

Dein Profil

• Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie und Arbeitserfahrung
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch ist nicht unbedingt notwendig)
• Teamorientiertes Arbeiten
• Zuverlässig, flexibel und offen für Neues
