Für die Aufgaben an der Rezeption benötigt man viel Feingefühl und Einfühlungsvermögen, da man mit anderen Menschen kommuniziert und auf diese eingehen muss. Jeder Kunde im Hotel muss individuell behandelt werden, deshalb ist es von Vorteil wenn man selbst geduldig sein kann.
